You agree to hold GetYourQSIP harmless and to indemnify it as described below. Processing by our operations team can take anywhere from 30 to 60 days. 1. Nature of the Service
GetYourQSIP operates as a private membership association. Access to the service is provided to members and per-submission purchasers as a private benefit of association. GetYourQSIP is a document information and report-request service: we collect the matter information you provide, compare it against the supporting document you upload, and prepare document information reports. We do NOT issue official CUSIP identifiers and we are NOT affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by CUSIP Global Services, the American Bankers Association, or any securities identifier registry.
2. Not Legal, Financial, or Professional Advice
Nothing provided through this service constitutes legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, or any other professional advice. We are not attorneys and we are not licensed brokers, dealers, or investment advisers. No attorney-client, broker-client, or advisory relationship is created by using this service. All materials, reports, and communications are provided for educational and research purposes only.
3. Professional Review Recommended
We recommend that all documents, reports, and any decisions based upon them be reviewed by the appropriate licensed professional and/or attorney of your choosing before you rely on them or take any action.
4. Hold Harmless and Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to hold harmless, defend, and indemnify GetYourQSIP, its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the service; (b) the information and documents you submit; (c) any action you take or decline to take based on the reports or materials provided; or (d) your violation of these terms or of any law or third-party right.
5. Your Submissions
You represent that the information you enter and the documents you upload are yours to submit, are accurate to the best of your knowledge, and do not violate any law or third-party right. Uploaded documents are stored privately and are accessible only to you and to authorized administrators for the purpose of preparing your report.
6. Fees
Membership fees and per-report fees are separate products, are displayed before purchase, and are calculated by the server at checkout. Report requests are processed only after payment is confirmed by a verified payment event.
7. Processing Timeline
Processing by our operations team can take anywhere from 30 to 60 days from the date your paid report request enters the administrative queue. Timelines are estimates, may vary with volume and the complexity of the submitted matter, and are not guaranteed.
8. Electronic Signature Consent
By checking the agreement box and typing your full legal name, you consent to conduct this transaction electronically and agree that your typed name constitutes your legal electronic signature to this User Agreement, with the same force and effect as a handwritten signature. The date, time, and version of the agreement you signed are recorded with your account.
9. No Guarantee of Outcome
We do not determine legal rights, ownership, liability, or case outcomes, and we make no representation or warranty regarding the effect of any report in any legal, financial, or administrative proceeding.
