Subscription & Automatic Renewal Terms

These Subscription & Automatic Renewal Terms supplement the Terms of Service and apply only when the checkout page expressly identifies a membership or service as automatically renewing.

1. Material Renewal Terms

The plan, recurring price (plus applicable taxes), and billing frequency are those displayed at checkout for the subscription tier you select (billed monthly or annually). Initial term: one billing period as selected at checkout. Trial or introductory period: none is offered. Unless cancelled, the plan will automatically renew and the payment method on file will be charged at the disclosed recurring price.

2. Express Consent

Before the first recurring charge, you must affirmatively consent to the automatic-renewal terms. Consent will not be inferred from a pre-checked box, silence, or merely creating an account.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel future renewal using your account dashboard at GetYourQSIP.com/dashboard. The cancellation method will be reasonably simple and will not require you to purchase another service. You may also request cancellation assistance at getyourqsip@gmail.com. Cancellation is effective for future renewal charges when completed before the next billing cutoff shown in your account or confirmation.

4. Effect of Cancellation

After cancellation, access continues through the paid period if the offer provides access through the end of the term, unless the account is terminated for fraud or material breach. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund prior charges or completed services.

5. Renewal Notices

We will provide renewal notices when and in the manner required by applicable law, including applicable Florida requirements for qualifying service contracts. A renewal notice does not replace your ability to cancel through the disclosed mechanism.

6. Price or Material-Term Changes

We will provide advance notice of a material price or renewal-term change when required by law. We will obtain new consent where required before charging under changed terms.

7. Failed Payments

If a renewal charge fails, we may retry the payment method as permitted by the processor and applicable law, notify you, suspend benefits, or allow you to update payment information. We will not represent a failed charge as a completed payment.

8. Confirmation

After enrollment, we will provide a confirmation that identifies the recurring amount and frequency, how to cancel, and how to contact support.

9. No Hidden Recurring Charge

A one-time report order is not recurring unless the checkout page clearly and conspicuously identifies it as recurring and you separately consent.

10. Nonwaivable Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits cancellation, notice, refund, or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
