Private Membership Association Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") governs participation in the GetYourQSIP private membership program ("Association" or "Membership"). By affirmatively accepting this Agreement and paying any disclosed membership fee, the applicant requests membership and agrees as follows:

1. Purpose

The Association provides members access to private informational, educational, research, service, and community benefits identified on the membership enrollment page. Membership is contractual and does not create a law firm, securities firm, financial institution, government office, or official identifier-issuing authority.

2. Eligibility and Admission

Membership is limited to persons age 18 or older who can enter a binding contract and who agree to the Association’s rules. We may deny or terminate membership for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, security risk, material breach, or misuse of Association resources, subject to applicable law.

3. Membership Acceptance

Membership becomes effective when the applicant completes the enrollment process, affirmatively accepts this Agreement, any required payment is authorized, and the Association confirms admission. An account alone does not establish membership unless the membership enrollment is completed.

4. Fees and Benefits

The membership fee, billing period, and benefits are those clearly displayed immediately before enrollment for the subscription tier you select (billed monthly or annually as chosen at checkout); benefits include access to the member portal, the document verification workflow, and member report request pricing for your tier. Report fees, expedited services, or other purchases are separate unless the enrollment page expressly states they are included.

5. Member Report Pricing

If membership includes discounted report pricing, the then-current member price will be displayed before each order. Membership does not guarantee that a requested matter has or is eligible for a CUSIP identifier, and membership does not guarantee any particular research result.

6. Automatic Renewal

Membership renews automatically only if the enrollment page expressly states that it renews and you separately consent to recurring billing. If auto-renewal applies, the Subscription & Automatic Renewal Terms are incorporated. If auto-renewal is not disclosed and accepted, membership will not renew automatically.

7. Cancellation

A member may cancel future membership renewal through your account dashboard at GetYourQSIP.com/dashboard. Cancellation does not retroactively cancel completed purchases or services and does not automatically create a refund except as stated in the Refund Policy or required by law.

8. Member Conduct

Members must provide accurate information, maintain account security, respect the rights and privacy of others, submit only records they are authorized to submit, and refrain from using reports for fraud, harassment, impersonation, unlawful surveillance, deceptive legal claims, or unlawful distribution of third-party data.

9. Confidentiality and Privacy

Nonpublic member account information and submitted documents will be handled under the Privacy Policy. Members must not disclose another member’s nonpublic information or private Association content obtained through unauthorized means.

10. Intellectual Property and Reports

Membership does not convey ownership of the GetYourQSIP platform, third-party databases, third-party marks, or official identifier systems. Purchased reports may be used for lawful personal or internal purposes, subject to the Terms of Service and any source-license restrictions stated in the report.

11. CUSIP / Non-Affiliation

GetYourQSIP does not issue or assign official CUSIP identifiers and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or operated by CUSIP Global Services, the American Bankers Association, or FactSet. CUSIP® is a registered trademark of the American Bankers Association.

12. No Waiver of Applicable Law

Membership is not intended to evade or waive laws that apply to the Association, its operator, a member, or a transaction. No provision should be interpreted as eliminating nonwaivable consumer, privacy, accessibility, intellectual-property, securities, criminal, tax, or other legal obligations.

13. No Professional Relationship

Membership does not create an attorney-client, fiduciary, broker-client, investment-advisory, lending, credit-repair, tax-advisory, or accounting relationship. Members should consult appropriately licensed professionals for advice.

14. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate membership for material breach, fraud, unlawful activity, security risk, harassment, chargeback abuse, or conduct that threatens the Association or others. Where practical, we may provide notice and an opportunity to cure a curable breach.

15. Changes

Material changes to membership fees, recurring billing, or core benefits will be disclosed prospectively. Where law requires renewed consent, we will obtain it before applying the change.

16. Governing Terms

The Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and applicable Subscription Terms are incorporated. If a direct conflict exists concerning membership-specific obligations, this Agreement controls to the maximum extent permitted by law.

17. Governing Law and Venue

This Agreement is governed by Florida law, subject to applicable federal law and nonwaivable law of another jurisdiction. Court proceedings shall be brought in Collier County, Florida, unless a different forum is required by nonwaivable law.
