Privacy Policy & Privacy Notice
Effective / Draft Date: August 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how UNLIMITED LLC ("GetYourQSIP," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information through GetYourQSIP.com and related services.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to visitors, account holders, members, purchasers, and persons who submit information to the Service. It does not apply to a third party’s independent website or service merely because the Service links to it.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of the Service, information contained in documents you choose to upload, and information we receive from service providers or lawful research sources.
3. Categories of Information
Depending on how you use the Service, categories can include identifiers and contact information (name, email, phone, mailing address); account credentials and preferences; transaction and order information; case, loan, account, instrument, document, or reference numbers; information contained in uploaded records; correspondence and support records; technical information such as IP address, device/browser data, log data, and security events; cookie and analytics information; and research-result information used to prepare a report.
4. Sensitive Information
Uploaded records can contain sensitive information. Please redact unnecessary Social Security numbers, full payment-card numbers, passwords, authentication secrets, unrelated medical information, and unrelated third-party personal information. We do not request sensitive information merely because a document contains it; submit only what is necessary for the requested service.
5. Payment Information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We may receive transaction status, billing contact information, payment method type, limited card metadata, fraud signals, and transaction identifiers, but we should not receive or store complete payment-card numbers unless expressly disclosed and operationally required.
6. How We Use Information
We may use information to create and manage accounts; process memberships and orders; verify submitted fields; convert, extract, classify, compare, and research documents; prepare and deliver reports; communicate with you; provide support; prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; maintain audit trails; improve reliability and accessibility; enforce agreements; comply with legal obligations; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
7. Automated and Machine-Assisted Processing
We may use automated or machine-assisted tools to extract text, classify content, compare entered information with uploaded material, identify inconsistencies, route work, and assist research. Such processing may be inaccurate and does not itself authenticate a document, determine legal validity, or determine legal or financial rights.
8. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information to service providers and contractors that perform functions for us, such as hosting, storage, payment processing, communications, customer support, analytics, security, document processing, and research; to professional advisers; to authorities when required by law; in connection with a corporate transaction; or with your direction or consent. Vendors should receive only information reasonably necessary for their role and should be subject to appropriate contractual restrictions where required.
9. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
We do not sell personal information for money. If we use advertising, analytics, or cross-context tracking in a manner treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under an applicable state privacy law, we will provide the legally required notice and opt-out mechanism. The actual technologies in use must be identified in the Cookie & Tracking Technologies Policy.
10. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use essential cookies for login, security, session management, and transactions, and may use analytics or other optional technologies as disclosed in our Cookie & Tracking Technologies Policy. Where required, we will request consent or provide opt-out controls.
11. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, our published Data Retention & Deletion Policy, legal and accounting obligations, security, dispute resolution, and enforcement. Uploaded source documents should be subject to shorter retention than transaction records whenever practicable.
12. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, acquisition, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use the designated secure upload process rather than ordinary email for sensitive documents.
13. Data Breach Response
If a security incident involving personal information occurs, we will investigate and provide notices to affected individuals, regulators, or others when and as required by applicable law.
14. Your Privacy Choices
Depending on where you reside and which laws apply to us, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or information about disclosures, and to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling. Instructions are provided in the Privacy Choices & Consumer Rights Notice. We may need to verify your identity and may deny or limit requests where permitted by law.
15. California Notice
If the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to us and to your information, we will provide the notices and rights required by that law, including applicable access, deletion, correction, opt-out, limitation, non-discrimination, and authorized-agent rights. We will not represent that the CCPA applies to us unless applicable thresholds or another coverage rule is satisfied.
16. Other U.S. State Privacy Laws
Residents of other states may have additional rights when an applicable comprehensive state privacy law covers our processing. We will process verified requests as required by the law applicable to the request.
17. Children and Minors
The Service is intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly solicit accounts, purchases, memberships, or document submissions from children under 13. If we learn that personal information was collected from a child in circumstances requiring deletion or parental authorization, we will take appropriate action.
18. International Users
If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate. Applicable cross-border transfer requirements will be addressed when legally required.
19. Third-Party Links
A third-party website, payment service, database, or communications platform has its own privacy practices. Review its notices before providing information directly to that third party.
20. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy prospectively. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and provide additional notice or consent where required by law.
21. Contact and Requests
Privacy questions or requests may be submitted to getyourqsip@gmail.com. For accessibility-related assistance with a privacy request, contact getyourqsip@gmail.com.
