Automated Document Processing & AI-Assisted Verification Disclosure

GetYourQSIP may use automated, machine-learning, optical/document parsing, rules-based, or AI-assisted systems to help process customer submissions. This disclosure explains what those systems do and do not do.

Automated systems may convert documents into machine-readable form; extract text and fields; classify document type; compare uploaded information with data entered by the customer; identify missing or inconsistent fields; route a request; assist search or research; and help draft or format a report.

Automated output can be incomplete or wrong because of image quality, handwriting, formatting, source errors, model limitations, or ambiguous records.

Automated verification is not a forensic authentication, signature verification, title examination, legal opinion, credit decision, investment decision, or official CUSIP eligibility determination.

Human review: a human reviews exceptions, no-match results, final reports, and high-risk submissions before delivery.

Service providers involved in document processing: documents are processed and reviewed in-house by our human review team; any additional vendors, if engaged, will be identified in the Privacy Policy.

Uploaded documents will not be intentionally used to train a public or general-purpose AI model unless that practice is separately disclosed and, when required, authorized.

Users should review report results and source references before relying on them and should raise suspected errors through getyourqsip@gmail.com.
