CUSIP® Trademark, Non-Affiliation & Data Source Disclosure

This disclosure is intended to prevent confusion about the GetYourQSIP service, the CUSIP® identifier system, third-party data, and the organizations associated with official CUSIP identifiers.

1. Trademark Attribution

CUSIP® is a registered trademark of the American Bankers Association (ABA). CUSIP Global Services (CGS) is managed on behalf of ABA by FactSet Research Systems Inc. Other third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

2. No Affiliation or Endorsement

GetYourQSIP is not CUSIP Global Services, the American Bankers Association, or FactSet Research Systems Inc., and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or operated by those organizations unless a specific written statement expressly says otherwise.

3. We Do Not Issue Official CUSIPs

GetYourQSIP does not assign, create, reserve, register, authenticate, or issue official CUSIP identifiers. A GetYourQSIP report is not an official CUSIP assignment confirmation.

4. Not Every Document or Matter Has a CUSIP

The fact that a user submits a birth certificate, court filing, mortgage, note, loan, utility record, ticket, warrant, account statement, or other document does not mean that the document or matter itself has, represents, or is eligible for a CUSIP identifier. Eligibility for official identifiers is determined by the applicable identifier authority according to its rules and procedures.

5. What Our Report Means

A GetYourQSIP report describes the research performed and the information located in the identified sources. If a report references an identifier, the reference should be read together with the source citation and limitations in the report. The report does not establish legal ownership, beneficial ownership, title, standing, enforceability, securitization, debt discharge, entitlement to proceeds, or any other legal or financial consequence.

6. Data Sources

The service may use public records, customer-provided records, licensed commercial sources, authorized data vendors, or other lawful sources identified in the report or service description. Current source categories: Bloomberg Terminal (licensed commercial data source), together with public records and customer-provided records where applicable. GetYourQSIP does not grant the user any license in third-party proprietary data merely because a report references that data.

7. Licensing Accuracy

GetYourQSIP will not represent itself as a CGS licensee, authorized distributor, or authorized data vendor unless that status is supported by a current written agreement. If CGS Data or another proprietary dataset is used, use and redistribution remain subject to the applicable license terms.

8. No Endorsement by Identifier Assignment

The existence or assignment of an identifier should not be represented as an endorsement, investment recommendation, legal opinion, or determination of the legal validity of an instrument.
